In a really private setting, BELLBIRD RETREAT accommodates 4 adults and 2 kids, or 6 adults on a fully renovated bush batch with luxuries that you don’t often find around. An outdoors New generation salt rejuvenating spa for 7 people with 48 jets (Hot Spring Spa), BBQ area and balcony for those who enjoy relaxing under the stars or having your morning coffee with an ocean view, full kitchen and bathroom . 

There’s no place like Stewart Island and Bellbird Retreat when it comes to having a relaxing time. People from all walks of life and overseas have returned again and again only to call it paradise on earth. Waking up to sunrise in Halfmoon Bay, sleeping to the Moons light shining across, helping yourself to a cuppa while you listen to the birds, the wind, the droplets of rain or feel the sunshine through our windows.
And if it happens to be that you do need to work every now and then, we have set an office working area with the best view and comfort on the house. WIFI provided and office chair while inspired by the sea and the greenery around.
